  1. Understand your needs and goals: The first step towards your dream home is to know how much you can/want to afford

  2. Electronic Loan Application & Document Package: Receive a secure link from me to start your loan application. You’ll an itemized fee sheet to understand the expected fee’s during purchase/refinancing. You’ll receive your Pre-approval letter usually within 24 hours.

  3. Appraisal: A licensed appraiser will need to inspect your property and determine a value. If your property receives a Property Inspection Waiver, no appraisal will be needed. The appraisal is paid prior to closing, except in VA loans.

  4. Closing Disclosure: This is the final list of fees that you will be charged for your loan. You’ll receive this document at least within 3 days prior to closing.

  5. Verbal Verification of Employment: A call will be placed to your employer by the lending institution to confirm you current employment status. Then you will be Clear to Close (CTC)!!!!

  6. Final Closing: Closing will take place at the time/date of your choice with the closing attorney. Optional hybrid closings are available, where 2/3rd of the documents can be signed virtually. A notary can be coordinated for closings away from the attorney’s office.

  7. Congratuations! Time to celebrate!
